-จัดทำใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบลดหนี้ และบันทึกบัญชีรายการซื้อต่างๆ -บันทึกบัญชีการซื้อและบันทึกการรับชำระเงินจากลูกหนี้ -ตรวจสอบเอกสารการชำระเงิน และออกใบกำกับภาษีขาย -บันทึกรายการ Petty Cash รายการจ่ายชำระหนี้ ใบสำคัญทั่วไป และตรวจนับสต๊อกทุกสิ้นเดือน -จัดทำภาษีซื้อ–ภาษีขาย (ภพ.30, ภงด.1, ภงด.3, ภงด.53, ภงด.54, ภงด.36) -จัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์อายุเจ้าหนี้และลูกหนี้รายเดือนทุกสิ้นเดือน -ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารประกอบ การคำนวณ และการอนุมัติ ตามหลักเกณฑ์และเงื่อนไขที่บริษัทกำหนด
