รายละเอียดงาน
1. Responsible for employee recruiting process (Screening application, first interview)
2. Responsible for orientation to new staff and prepare equipment for work.
3. In charge of work permit and visa of alien workers.
4. Organize and arrange both the In-house and Public training classes based on the training year plan.
5. Check time attendance, overtime and leave record of all employee for support payroll process.
6. Implement HR activity to employees and CSR activities is aligned with the business strategy.
7. Implement Company regulations to employees.
8. Prepare and submit reports to concerned government sectors.
9. Other assignment for support team and other department
10. Collaborate with team to achieve target and objective according to KPI’s department
11. Support and ensure complicity with safety health and environment regulations including environmental impact assessment (EIA) measures
12. Comply with the quality management system (ISO 9001) and environmental management system (ISO 14001)
13. Support 5S Activity to improve workplace efficiency and productivity by creating a clean, organized, and safe
14. Other assignment for support team and another department

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. 1. Male or Female, age 24-30 year old.
2. 2. Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
3. 3. At least 1-2 year experience in Human Resource filed.
4. 4. Have experience in chemical industries is prefer.
5. 5. Basic knowledge of HRM and HRD functions.
6. 6. Good English communication (Listen, Speak, Read, Write).
7. 7. Good computer skill (Ms. Office).
8. 8. Have a driving license.
9. 9. Able to be flexible in working hours.
