Key Responsibilities:
The job holder is responsible for Facilities and Life Support Systems, this position operates, maintains, monitors, and repairs the aquarium's life support system, overseeing all installation, repair and upkeep operations of an organization's facilities. Maintenance managers ensure that their co-workers have the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to the allotted budget. Additionally, solid understanding of plumbing and electrical systems as well as carpentry and other crafts including manufacturing, electrical plants and commercial buildings.

Key Accountabilities:
General:
• Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff
• Ensuring that quality management system conforms to the requirements ISO 9001
• Ensuring that the processes are delivering the intended outputs
• Reporting on the performances of the QMS and on opportunities for improvement to top management
• Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization
• Ensuring that the integrity of the OMS is maintained when changes to the QMS are planned and implemented
• Manage relationships with contractors and service provider
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
• Monitor electrical systems of facilities to ensure functionality
• Keep accurate and up to date preventive maintenance logs and notify management of any failure or significant issues related to life support systems equipment immediately
• Create written protocols and update existing life support systems SOP’S as needed
• Train staff on new procedures, or changed procedures regarding the life support systems
• Project management of life support systems upgrades, and new installations
• Ordering of supplies, parts, and equipment for the life support systems
• Research the latest technologies
• Cost saving in regards to the life support system

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Minimum 4-5 years in the life support system field and maintenance field
2. Bachelor degree required in engineering or electronics is required
3. Spoken and written conversational English.
4. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
5. Familiarity in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics
6. Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
7. Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
8. Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
9. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook
