ตำแหน่งผู้จัดการโรงงานธุรกิจผลิตสินค้า งานฉีดพลาสติก และผลิตถุงพลาสติก ส่งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ โรงงานตั้งอยู่ที่จังหวัดระยอง ในเขต Free Zone ความรับผิดชอบคือ บริหารโรงงาน 3 งโรงงานให้ผลิตและส่งมอบทันตามความต้องการลูกค้า โดยควบคุม Cost ให้อยู่ใน Budget ควบคุมพนักงาน แผนกผลิต,แผนกวิศวกรรม,แผนกประกันคุณภาพ, แผนกวางแผนการผลิต,แผนกวิจัยและพัฒนา, แผนกคลังสินค้า, แผนกจัดส่ง, แผนกบุคคล ในการผลิตสินค้าให้ทันส่งลูกค้ากำหนด ควบคุมดูแลผลงานของทุกแผนกในโรงงานปรับปรุงต้นทุนกระบวนผลิต,การทำระบบ TPS และรายงานมูลค่าการผลิตต่อกรรมการผู้จัดการ, ควบคุมระบบการทำงานตามระบบ ISO 9001:2015 ,Kaizen จำนวนพนักงาน 550 คน และเป็นผู้ดำเนินการทำระบบ DPS System โดยประยุกต์จากระบบ Toyota Production System มาปฏิบัติ ซึ่งเพิ่มกำลังการผลิตขึ้น 10-15%

Control cost for Preventive Maintenance not over budget, Control project installation for improvement increase productivity, design layout production line and control installation construction & system all the factory by auto-cad program. Sales per year are 450 million baht. Staff and manpower 350 persons.
