ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Take responsibility of posting contents on facebook fanpage (3 pages in hand)
- Brief designers artworks (both banners and videos, mostly banners)
- Be the main part of doing POSM, from contacting the supplier to sending the POSM to customers
- Coporate with internal team (product, marketing, customers service) in order to get precise solutions for customers when they meet difficulties and be the main person to communicate with users through facebook channel
- Come up with engaging event ideas in order to maintain the old users and bring awareness
- Contact micro-influencers and have them promoting the game through their channels
- Localise some contents that were provided by product team in English into Thai (such as animated clips and game guides)
- Communicate with users and monitor their feedbacks in order to improve the contents
