Infrastructure) system because it have to use in Bangkok hospital.

 IT supporting by telephone enterprise customer such as Bangkok Hospital and their
subsidiary branches on multi OS/DB such as Windows Server , Lotus Notes ,
Trakcare System , Medtrak system , BDMSMENU system and Install all of program and
application that use in Bangkok hospital such as MS Office, Adobe Acrobat ,Cognos
,Lotus note ,MS .Net Framework , Net innova Appointment remainder System,
Kaspersky Anti-virus and other
 Advise and resolve the problem on Trakcare system and Medtrak system which is
application that use in Bangkok Hospital for record patient's information. For example,
Patient's information on Trakcare System is not synchronizing with database server. I will
check or update patient's information via administrator profile. If it is not synchronizing
too, I will inform to application developer for solve this problem.
 Solve a problem about printer such as add printer, set status of printer, install printer's
driver, delete documents that remain stuck in server.
 Screen and solve primary problem on Windows. For example, join network domain when
cannot access to intranet, create user's profile
 Scan and kill virus via Kaspersky Anti-virus and Dos command on client machine.
 Consult user about application for hospital.
 Resolve problem.
 Support hardware and software.
