Responsibilities
• Plan and Order raw materials.
• Ensuring efficient collaboration and Co-ordinate with customer on slip properties ,quality problem solving.
• Managing & Controlling slip properties and ensuring its have quality standards (Pre-Control) before supply to production line.
• Managing the operators of body preparation department, providing & tranning all necessary assistance and guidance.
• Good 5S & Safety.
• Trial slip formula and tracking grading data to improve and solved slip in process.
• Reports and control data of slip properties daily so that estimated & Solved the isue timely.

Responsibilities
• Analysis improvements the quality process control.
• Control the process to achieve the target.
• Reduce clay loss and improve yield control to make sure all operators follow up the procedures & SOP.
• Solved the defect of products in process control.
• Training the operators to inspect clayware.
