 Monitoring the quality/performance of the equipment. Initiatives to improve quality/maintenance of equipment. (Machines)
 Leadership on proposal strategies for improvement projects to the Proposal and Implementing Teams and work closely with the team to generate timely, quality and cost effective result
 Driving Lean improvements throughout the plant and processes under direct management.

 Coordinate concern functions to ensure the new product is industrialized according to plan and participate in activities to increase company efficiency.
 Ensure that all customer requirements (specification, dimension, drawing notes, etc.), taken into account in the industrialization process.

 Creating / Reviewing In-process Inspection documentation for the new sheet metal and sub-assembly products of Sheet Metal APU parts.
 Escalate within the engineering team any issue or uncertainty that could lead to quality failures.
 Supports the organization in solving technical issues and quality claims both of FAI Lot and production Lot for sheet metal and sub-assembly of Sheet Metal APU parts.
 Supports the organization to achieve its Quality, Costs, Delivery targets during repeat orders.
 Support new test requirement, manufacturability test requirement from customer.
 Lead of ACP II project implementation with other related parties.
