RESPONSIBILITY:
- Organized purchases and documentation of RM for food supplement, packaging, and ingredients. (60% of purchasing ratio is for RM of food ingredients ,20% for cosmetic’s ingredients and more 20% are packaging, Laboratory service, Machine, etc.)
- Consider the PR and BOM’s documents that the planning department and the warehouse department have written the purchase requisitions for raw materials.
- Solved diverse supply chain problems involving numerous sources, logistics and scheduling factors.
- Participate with programmer for development of ERP-purchasing system to suit the organization.
- Adjusted procedures as needed to maximize department effectiveness.
- Price adjustment with suppliers (negotiate in case by case).
- Update the new raw material to R&D team. for a second source of raw material.
- Prepare purchase report as available::
*Net purchase report
*Purchase tax
*Credit purchase summary report
*Daily purchase summary report
*Price increase summary report
*Monthly purchase summary report
*etc.as requisition.
