ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- ดูแล Windows & Linux Server (Ubuntu, Debian) ในสภาพแวดล้อม Production
- Deploy และดูแล Application / Database / Web Server (Nginx, IIS)
- วางและดูแล Network, Wi-Fi, Firewall และ Internet/WAN
- Deploy ระบบ Web / API / ERP ด้วย Docker และ Manual Deployment
- ดูแล Hardware / Software และสนับสนุนผู้ใช้งานภายในองค์กร
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา Server, Serviceม Application และ IT ภายในองค์กร

งานด้าน Server & Network
- Windows Server 2019 / 2022
- Linux Server (Ubuntu & Debian)
- Proxmox (Virtual Machine)
- Network Design พื้นฐาน (IP, VLAN, Routing)
- Wi-Fi System (Office / Warehouse)
- Firewall & Security Policy
- Internet & WAN Management

งานให้บริการลูกค้า (Customer Support & Service)
- บริษัทให้บริการ พัฒนาเว็บไซต์ ระบบ Web Application และระบบภายในองค์กร
- ให้บริการลูกค้าแบบครบวงจร ตั้งแต่ วางแผนและประกอบ Server / Infrastructure
- ติดตั้งระบบปฏิบัติการและ Network, Deploy ระบบ Web / Application
- ดูแล แก้ไขปัญหา และ Support หลังส่งมอบ ให้คำปรึกษาและแก้ไขปัญหาระบบให้ลูกค้า

ERP / CRM / SFA Systems
- ดูแลระบบ ERP / CRM / SFA (Custom / In-house Systems)
- ดูแลฐานข้อมูลและการเชื่อมต่อระบบระหว่าง Application
- สนับสนุนผู้ใช้งาน (User Support)
- แก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งานระบบธุรกิจ
- ประสานงานกับ Developer / Vendor

Database & Backend Systems
- Database: SQL Server, PostgreSQL (PSQL), MySQL
- ดูแล Database Server, Backup, Restore และ Performance พื้นฐาน
- สนับสนุนระบบ Backend และการเชื่อมต่อฐานข้อมูลกับ Application

Web Application & Deployment (PHP Laravel)
- พัฒนาและดูแลระบบ Web Application ด้วย PHP Laravel
- Deploy Laravel Application บน Linux Server / IIS / Nginx
- จัดการ Environment, Config, Queue, Scheduler และ Storage
- Deploy ผ่าน Docker, CI/CD และ Manual Deployment
- แก้ไขปัญหา Application ระหว่างใช้งานจริง (Production Issue)


ERP / CRM / SFA & Data Management
- ดูแลระบบ ERP / CRM / SFA (Custom / In-house Systems)
- ดูแลฐานข้อมูลและการเชื่อมต่อข้อมูลระหว่างระบบ
- Import / Export ข้อมูล ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง และจัดการข้อมูลผิดพลาดหรือซ้ำ
- สนับสนุนผู้ใช้งาน และประสานงานกับ Developer / Vendor

Monitoring, Backup & Maintenance
- วางแผนและดูแล Backup (Database, File, VM)
- Restore และ Disaster Recovery Testing
- Incident Response & Troubleshooting
- Monitoring ระบบและ Performance (CPU, RAM, Disk, Network)

Reporting & Analytics
- จัดทำรายงานสถานะ Server / Network / System
- วิเคราะห์ Performance (CPU, RAM, Disk, Network)
- จัดทำรายงานจาก ERP / CRM / SFA และปัญหาการใช้งาน
- สนับสนุนข้อมูลเพื่อการตัดสินใจของฝ่ายบริหาร
