RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage and oversee assigned projects to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Attend project meetings and coordinate with the project owner, including
preparing and presenting project documentation
- Perform structural design and analysis using ETABS software
- Prepare construction drawings and structural calculation reports for PERMIT. BIDDING. And FOR CON.
- Respond to RFI (Requests for Information) and approve RFA (Requests for Approval) from consultants

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist in building inspections related to seismic assessments and annual inspections for existing structures
- Perform structural evaluations and calculations as assigned
- Prepare BOQs blank forms, and preliminary cost estimates for structural
works

- Construction Control and solve immediate problems. Calculate and List of materials for site working.
- Project Progress Report construction plan in Meeting Site.
- Calculations Check: Pile Bearing Capacity, Design Steel Beam and Plate of Shaft Channel, Check scaffolding On Steel Beam.
- Other: Payment, S-Curve, Daily/Monthly Report, Material/Shop Drawing Approve.

- Assist and prepare glass analysis, verifications and report using SJ mepla, WGD in mathcad based software.
- Assist and prepare basic mullion and transoms analysis, verifications and report.
- Assist and prepare basic connections analysis, verifications and report.
- Assist and prepare bracket calculation report.
- Assist to check shop drawing against EN requirement.
- Able to coordinate properly the EN requirement with the design team
- Responsible of all deliverables as stated above.
