ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
gnment details :
✓ Issue a receipt to the customer (Receipt) when the customer pays for the finished product.
✓ Track balances and reconcile cash
✓ Issue invoices and bills to customers
✓ Track balance and pay-in checks with the bank and receive and deposit
checks to th*e bank.
✓ Collect receipts each day when issuing receipts to customers according to
the report summary.
✓ Prepare billing documents
✓ Prepare check receipt documents
✓ Track backlog
✓ Detailed monthly debt summary
✓ Check balances, shortages, overpays, wrong payments to customers and
related agencies.
✓ Coordinate both within the organization and outside
✓ Fixed various problems and other tasks assigned
✓ Send Receipt , Invoice/ Tax Invoice , Credit Note/Tax Invoice Credit
Note/Tax Invoice to customers every week (If there is an urgent case, it will be delivered as the customer wants
