• Coordinate between the technical and project sales departments to align customer product requirements with production capabilities.

• Support Project Engineer for preparation, tracking, and submission of project reports, memos, and other documents.
• Support Project Engineer to balance project materials take off with relates to surplus materials, stock item and others.
• Participated in weekly and monthly performance meetings, producing detailed reports on department activities.
