• Test new products to ensure they are on target.
• Support, monitor, and improve new product testing processes.
• Coordinate with concerned teams to optimize parameters, routing,
tooling, and techniques for new products.
• Solve problems on-site when products have defects.
• Prepare reports and summaries of testing data for handover and
alignment with concerned teams.
• Led a data visualization project using Power BI to analyze and
summarize defect data across all production processes.
• Performed dimensional inspections of components, including
shrinkage measurements and spec verification against Product
Master specifications to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Utilized precision measurement tools (e.g., CMM) to support quality
control and process validation.
• Applied Lean Six Sigma Green Belt methodologies to analyze
process data, identify waste, and implement improvements.
• Conducted root cause analysis (RCA), process mapping, and
statistical analysis (e.g., Box Plot, Pareto, Fishbone).
