Running project as lead electrical engineer, supervise on all electrical issues, communicate to project team, plan and issued work on time, discussion with client, provide assistance to project engineer and project manager.
Referenced project:
1) EPC(m), Engineering (Green field) for Chang project, Rigid polyol plant at Map ta phut, Rayong, Thailand owned by DOW chemical. The electrical system is 6.3 kV SWGR, oil type distribution transformer 2 and 0.5 MVA, MCC, VSD(SIL scheme), AC-UPS & DC charger, lighting, electric heat tracing and new electrical substation. The total plant electrical equipment is 45 units.
Communication systems – fire alarm system.
2) E, Engineering (Green field) for N P K project, fertilizer plant at Phu My, Ba Ria Vung Tau, Vietnam. The electrical system is 6.6 kV SWGR power distribution, transformer 2x3.15 MVA, emergency diesel generator 750 kVA, MCC, UPS & Battery charger, VSD. The main equipment such as dryer drum 400 kW, dryer exhaust fan 400 kW, NH3 compressor 450 kW. The total plant electrical equipment 230 units.
Communication systems – Public address system, CCTV system, Radio system, Telephone system, IT infrastructure, Fire alarm system.
3) EPC, Engineering Procurement and Construction, (Brown field) for DPEX project, LDPE plant expansion at Map ta phut, Rayong, Thailand owned by Thai Polyethylene (TPE, SCG Group). The electrical system is 22 kV SWGR power distribution, oil type distribution transformer 2 MVA, 1/1.5 MVA, MCC, VSD. The main equipment such as compressor 9.9 MVA (compressor transformer 20 MVA), 3.2 MVA (existing compressor transformer 10 MVA), main extruder 1.7 MVA (extruder transformer 2 MVA), 22 MV switchgear panels and total plant electrical equipment is 80 units.
Communication systems – fire alarm system.
4) EPC(m), Engineering Procurement and Construction Management, (Green field) for Loykrathong project, New Sodium Bicarbonate plant at Map ta phut, Rayong, Thailand owned by Solvay Peroxythai. The electrical system is 22 kV SWGR, dry type distribution transformer 2 MVA, Busduct, MCC (reacceleration feature), VSD, AC-UPS & DC charger, lighting, electric heat tracing. The total plant electrical equipment is 109 units.
Communication systems – Fire alarm & firefighting monitoring system, public address system.
5) EP, Engineering and Procurement, for NHTCM project, (Brown field) upgrade of Tungsten mining plant at Nui Phao, Vietnam. The electrical system is 6.6 kV RMU, distribution transformer 2.5 MVA, MCC, VSD, AC-UPS and lighting. The total plant electrical equipments is 136 units.
6) BEP, Basic Engineering package, for project TS-VRU Product for Aker Cool Sorption. It’s the set of vapour recovery unit module comprised of LV motors, MCC, heat tracing.
