Overall. the job assigned for the contributor is to inspect the quality of the AI generated response based on a strict guideline and deliver honest feedback to the customer for a further development of the model. Every project requires the contributor to pass a 80 to 100% score in test before working on any projects. This is the example of projects that I had participated in :
● Content Moderation : Enhanced AI content moderation by reviewing and flagging the policy-violating outputs.
● Model Evaluation : Engaged in a cross-model evaluation project assessing the quality of the AI outputs from multiple models
based on identical inputs or prompts.
● AI Response Factuality Assessment : Contributed to an AI factual-accuracy project to improve the model factual consistency and policy
alignment via detailed evaluation.
● Reviewed over 150 AI generated responses for factual accuracy, policy alignment, and voice interaction.
