• Production Line Oversight: Monitored and
managed the end-to-end production process,
from initial manufacturing stages to final
packaging, ensuring smooth operations.
• New Model Trials: Assisted the engineering
team in trial runs and process setup for new
models across the entire production line.
• On-site Troubleshooting: Responsible for
immediate technical problem-solving and
providing on-site support to minimize production
downtime.
• Documentation & Training: Developed Work
Instructions (WI) and conducted technical training
for operators to ensure correct and safe
equipment operation.
• PLC Programming Assistance: Assisted senior
engineers in writing and modifying PLC programs
to optimize machine performance.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Collected and
analyzed production data, including OK/NG
(Quality Control) trends, to monitor efficiency.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinated with
various departments, including Design, QC, and
Procurement, to ensure project alignment and
success.
