ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Oversee and manage all quality-relate issue within the manufacturing process including those involving internal teams, Supplier, Customer and warranty claims.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for quality defect and implement long-term corrective and preventive action (CAPA)
- Collaborate with cross functional (e.g., Production, engineer, Procurement ) for ensure quality standards are met at all stages.
- Review and improve quality inspection procedure ,Incoming material check and final product inspections.
- Coordinate internal and external quality relate training for production and QA teams.
- Monitor report on key quality performance indicator ( KPIs),Including PPM ( Parts Per Million ),rework and scrap rate and customer satisfaction scores.
- Prepare reports and documentation required for management review meetings and quality audits.
- Support calibrate and maintenance of measuring and inspection equipment to ensure measurement accuracy
- Participate in the evaluation of supplies and subcontractors with regards to quality performance
- Initial quality improvement project ,support lean initiatives, and participate in continual improvement programs.
