-Kickoff Meeting with customers and determining their requirements.
-Working with customers on definition timeline for a project.
-Planning timelines and the resources needed with consult team & development team.
-Working on agreed solutions and implemented new designs.
-Config and Setup System.
-Design a prototype or Mockup for customize it so that the customer can visualize the system and sign.
-Wrote test cases and test plans for the project.
-Investigated potential defects and discussed them with developers.
-Execute UAT with User.
-Logged defects during testing and update phases with Users.
-Reported test results to the project manager.
-Support and control team of project plans to complete.
-Training system for users.
-Delivery of documentation to the customer and the dispatch system for the support team.
-Create report by query Database.
