Civil engineer Civil Engineer (Enviroment & facility Engineering Department)- Maintenance & Budget plan , supervision of construction to repair Infrastructure ,Facility , Utility system
- Preventive maintenance master plan for utility systems, including electrical, water, compressed air, air conditioning, and ventilation systems fire punp . - --- -- Monitor , Daily check , inspect, and analyze issues related to these systems to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Prepare inspection documentation and maintain operation records. Assess risks and establish preventive measures.
- Supervise and oversee technicians or engineers in the department to ensure effective performance.
- Support the production department and other relevant teams that rely on utility systems
- Conditional formatting requirements for the construction work. Drafts DWG to Requirements of specification building to contractors bidding design And selection of contractors as appropriate.
- Construction supervision according to the forms and contracts.
Coordinate with contractors A progress report to the Head
-Shop Dwg., And approved materials. Estimate work
-Minute of construction progress Work, Weekly Monthly report in accordance with the planned construction of the plant production plan.
-Consultants , Advisor for construction work in manufacturing company
-Master plan PM , daily , weekly , monthly check , Building inspection , Primary & Installation facility & utility system , Transformer, HWSG, MDB , Electical system , Fire protection , Air condition system AHU , Duct Exhaust , Piping system, . Air compressor , Air dyer , Cooling . Chiller , fire pump & Mechanical system support production line.
