- We design network and CCTV systems, including procuring equipment for installation and verifying the specifications of the installed equipment.
- Oversee the system installation, inspect the installed system and equipment, and conduct post-installation acceptance testing.
- Perform daily checks on the network system, CCTV system, and door lock system, and report on their operational status and any troubleshooting steps taken.
- Back up the server system data.
- Provide support for the use of computer and internet systems by employees, including the creation of user manuals and training.
- Troubleshooting internet network issues and computer system usage for employees in each department.

- Training systems (Sky File email, AST Email, Poseidon, Flow meter system) are installed for employees to work and solve the problem.
