ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Introduction new products and conduct trials of new and modify product.
2. Collaboration with QC, R&D and relevant application manager to ensure the best product is introduce to the customer.
3. Conduct application lab tests to evaluate new and old product.
4. Troubleshooting and problem solving in customer mills.
5. Handing customer complaint.
6. Maintaining customer relationships.
7. Evaluate customer needs/satisfaction/feed back regularly.
8. Supply technical information and knowledge.
9. Laboratory testing of customer samples.
10. Asst regional market studies/evaluation market information.
11. Providing monthly report to manager with sale volume budget/Action/Percent
12. Other up to manager assignment



Last Job :: Resin Superviser
1. Produce Resin follow production Planning
2. Co-ordinate production schedule with Sr. Production Sup./Manager
3. Co-ordinate Lab Equipment Result with QC, Sr. Supervisor(Calibration)
4. Inspection charge Sheet, Quantity of Raw mat. Charging, Process control(pH, Temperature, Viscosity and Total Resin before transfer, Sent to Sr. Supervisor
5. Shift Meeting every day
6. PM. Implement
7. Record Batch consumption every Batch and Every day
8. Ensure raw mat stock check (Batch Consumtion and W/H)
9. Control Tank frame (Produce delivery, Quality and Quantity, In storage tank)
10. Skill Development
11. Support Activity (C/T, OEI, Energy Saving)/HSE obout in the job
12. Implement SPC at Shop floor (Control chart)
13. Implement and Inspection PPE
14. Support KPI of Production Department
15. Promotion Near Miss, Energy saving
16. Implement Quality Awareness
17. Implement Safety Awareness
18. Review WI with team and consultant with Sr. Production supervisor
19. Control % Attendant
20. Responsibilities of Report Summary Raw Material (Weekly), Batch Cycle time, Stock check for Resin, Raw Mat.(daily) Attendance (Weekly)
