ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., Development, QA, Design, Business, Clients)
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and milestones
• Manage budgets, risks, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
• Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure expectations are met
• Ensure documentation and reporting are up to date and accurate
• Guide the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
• Research and recommend appropriate tools, technologies, and frameworks
• Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) development for new technologies
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients or business stakeholders regarding service delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams (support, operations, development) and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery
