• Participate the exhibition in Thailand and Frankfurt, Germany since year 2015-2019
• Inspect the goods before delivery
• Respond all information both client and factory
Example – detail of product(repeat order, development), Purchase Order, Proforma Invoice, payment term, L/C, shipping mark, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List etc.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines.
• Inventory(raw material, packaging, finished goods) Management.
• Work closely with production planning, purchasing, warehousing, export department, and carrier’s companies to ensure that orders are processed in line with clients’ delivery requirements.
• Contact clients and make follow-up to confirm orders & delivery dates.
• Respond to complaints from clients and give after-sales support when requested.
• Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the clients’s needed
• Sales Strategy(replenishment orders) Management
• Sales Values and Budget Management
• Training the subordinate(s) to ensure all their responsibilities are smooth and suitable to the clients’s needed
• Weekly call with other departments to solve the problems and ensure all the processing is smooth
• Weekly call with clients to update the processing of orders and timelines.
