• Monitor and report key environmental and social performance metrics such as carbon footprint, waste, water and energy usage.
• Collaborate with purchasing, operations, and restaurant brands to promote sustainable supply chain and eco-friendly sourcing practices.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as government agencies, Partner and certification bodies to ensure compliance and readiness for sustainability audits or standards.
• Develop and support food waste reduction programs across restaurant operations, including data tracking, kitchen behavior change, and surplus food donation initiatives.
