Scope of work
To ensure that overall source and purchase of communication materials (POP), premiums and all other promotional items are correct and in good track according to the requirements as well as are conducted in highest quality and efficiency.
To perform a close cooperation with internal relevant parties and suppliers in order to achieve a selection of qualified suppliers who are able to meet and grant the selected product specifications as well as to provide know-how, innovative and promptly services.
Responsibilities
Include providing service to all the marketing and trade marketing teams in Cosmed and Medical divisions. Focus is on the procurement function are:
1. Contact and negotiate terms with suppliers of all communication materials, premiums, uniforms, and other marketing-related items as well as update files of supplier and inventory lists.
2. Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedule and assure prompt delivery of all procured materials.
3. Prepare necessary purchase requisitions and payment requisitions for distributors, advertising agencies, and other suppliers.
4. Liaise between the production centre and distributor and key marketing personnel in updating delivery schedule of the finished goods.
5. Handle stock checking at production centre warehouse and distributor finished goods warehouses, and conduct regular stock counting at merchandisers warehouses.
6. Monitor expenditures and domestic sales volume and value for all Nivea and Medical products.
7. Coordinate with event management manager to carry out corporate PR campaigns and activities.

Responsibilities
Marketing Support Unit
The Marketing Support unit is providing a service function to all NIVEA marketing personalities. The job involved such versatile personalities to run such tasks as contracting supplier of POP materials, suppliers of premiums, newspaper and magazines, supplier of uniform, event organizer, factory, distributor and other units at Beiersdorf.
In the new scope of work, Marketing Support Unit will undertake a narrower scope of work as follows:
1. Monitor expenditures for Thailand and other markets where NIVEA finance marketing activities. Monthly expense summary must be submitted to the Division Manager NIVEA by the first 10 days of the month.
2. Detail sales monitor in volume and value must be completed and submitted to the DM- NIVEA by the first 10 days of the month.
3. Contacting suppliers of communication materials, premiums, uniforms, and other marketing service organizations as assigned. The unit is responsible of keeping the file updated.
4. Prepare necessary purchase requisitions, and payment requisitions for distributors, and agencies, and other suppliers.
5. Constantly liaising between the factory and distributor and key NIVEA personnels in updating delivery schedule of the Thailand shipment.
6. Represent NIVEA in stock checking at Thai Haylia and Diethelm finished good warehouses, and conduct regular stock counting at merchandises warehouses.
7. Manage administrative issues of merchandising forces such as recruitment, training, payroll and incentive calculation, disciplining and random check, performance evaluation, preparation of advance payment and validation of work-related expenses and issuance of reimbursement.
8. Coordinate with Salesforces in case of list-in and out-of-stock of products.
9. Summarize merchandisers reports into comprehensible weekly and monthly report for Management Alarm and alert the management on important issues that may affect good development of sales.
10. Coordinate with Trade Marketing in installing the promotional items on the days and the places as agreed with Sales and trade clients.
11. Control and manage stocks of premiums, and all POP materials.
12. Responsible for the implementation of any other jobs as assigned by the Sales Director.
13. Responsible for managing the NIVEA merchandising force.

- Counter check the claim of Display Allowance and other expenses submitted by DCL and group by products.

1. In conjunction with the execution staff of the distributor to train, brief and motivate the BA team.
