⦁ Material receiving inspection.
⦁ Witness inspection as per ITP of fit up, dimension, visual, surface treatment, NDE,
module assembly dimension inspection, piping loop check, inside cleanliness
verification, package test etc. are carried out as per requirement and meet the
expectation,
⦁ Monitor project inspection status to ensure progress is under control.
⦁ Witness inspection as per ITP of surface preparation, DFT inspection, testing of
painting.
⦁ Witness and Review Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and Procedure
Qualification Record (PQR) and witness Welder Qualification test.
⦁ Quality Control of welder performance.
⦁ Perform routine process audit of welding, coat coating and assembly process for the
compliance.
⦁ Walk Down and witness clear Punch List of Pressure Test.
⦁ Manage the Site Inspectors of daily inspection and provide training for
standard &code, customer specification and internal requirements.

Final Dimensional Control Survey of Module.
