- Receive complaints, problems, comments and suggestions from customers to analyze consider and make recommendations to the relevant team to improve the service , website \ application or help in troubleshooting basic problems.
- Follow up and coordinate with internal staff related to product inquiries, useing of the website or application and orders to answer questions and provide customers with the best service before and after the sale.
