Job Responsibilities
1. Analysis of issue causing cause from machine and find the root cause of issue.
2. Organize planning, control and monitoring of maintenance job.
3. Manage and organize the technician team for efficiency.
4. Contracting external services, specifying the requirements, and overseeing the performance of the external contractor.
5. Increase production efficiency by selecting/designing appropriate and economical equipment/tools to assist in production.
6.Regular maintenance on the machines (EM/CM/PM/PdM).
7.Support all engineering change activities impacting the manufacturing process, lead process problem solving / root cause analysis.
8.Technical data sorting and archiving (ISO:9001/IATF16949 and etc.).
9.Supervise subordinates./Training operator/ technician skills
10.Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
