ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Transportation planning / monitor and control operation process for import shipment such as
IKEA / BSH HOME project and other customer in electrical appliances factory (under APLL Logistics)
for on time delivery.
: Input data such as date/time in-out / pick up / deliver the container to end customer (IKEA) by using TMS
and send report to APLL Logistics.
: Make daily / weekly / monthly report to managing director.
: Evaluation subcontractor and cooperate with them for good and smooth job.
: Issue job order and cooperate with driver for solve problem.
: Arrange ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System for company.

ควบคุมการ แจกจ่ายงานด้านขนส่ง, ดูแลระบบ GPSที่ติดอยู่กับรถบรรทุก พร้อมกับควบคุมเวลาการเดินทางของรถผ่านระบบ GPS, วางแผนและจัดการรถบรรทุกหัวลาก สำหรับขนส่งสินค้าของบริษัท ,ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานด้านขนส่ง , ควบคุมและกำหนดการเติมน้ำมันรถบรรทุกของบริษัทฯ ,ควบคุมรายได้ ค่าใช้จ่าย ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสาร, ส่งรายงานให้แก่ผู้เกี่ยวข้อง , ควบคุมการซ่อม-บำรุงของหัวลาก , ควบคุมการทำงาน ให้เป็น ไปตาม KPI ที่กำหนด , จัดเตรียมเอกสารให้เป็นไปตามระบบ ISO
