ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Maintain and report accurate costs involved in the permit process, including but not limited to local, county, and state permit fees, impact fees, environmental fees, et.
2. Code all fees related to the permit process properly.
3. Route the necessary paperwork through the various agencies required.
3. Review all plans and specifications for the accuracy required within the local jurisdiction.
4. Interact with the architect and engineer to coordinate any updates to code and changes to plans.
5. Maintain relationships with local officials that have involvement in the communities.
6. Interact with the inspections department to obtain power waivers, completion agreements, and other inspection problems.


For Projects:
PTTLNG Nong Fab LNG Receiving Terminal Project, Rayong, Thailand
Period: 24 April 2018 to 2022
PTTLNG Company Limited intend to develop an onshore LNG receiving Terminal at Baan Nong Fab, Muang District, Rayong Province, Thailand.
• Main Facilities: 2 LNG Tank (250,000 m3 each), Jetty (5.5 Km), BOP 7.5 MMTPA, Administration Area 150,000 m2
• The Receiving Terminal contains the Administration Building and Central Control Room. The Administration area consists of a swamp pond, a special gardening landscape, and relevant supportive buildings. The entire design of this area aims to utilize cold energy from LNG for winter and temperate plantations and use in HVAC in buildings.
• TERMINAL’s CONTRACTOR: Unincorporated JV – Saipem SA / CTCI with share 55% / 45%
• Project duration (TERMINAL): 42 months (30 September 2021) for Performance Acceptance – 44 months (30 Nov 2021) for initial Acceptance.
• Location of Execution: Taipei (Project Management and BOP Engineering) - Saipem SA and Saipem India (tank design).
