ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. จัดดำเนินการทำ Document Validation ก่อน IQ validation [Installation Qualification Report] Functional Test, Line Commissioning ,Mechanical Specification Compliance, จัดดำเนินทำ Operational Qualification
(OQ) Compounding Formulation , Production Process Parameter ,Sets of Parameter for Optimum, Maximum and Minimum ,Quality Requirements Results. Performance Qualification (PQ) และดำเนินการจัดทำรายงานเพื่อวัดผล เพื่อสำหรับการข้อดูจากลูกค้า และเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจสอบภายนอก   2. จัดดำเนินทำ Product Spec. New Product , Product Evaluation เพื่อประเมิน FG product .
3. จัดทำ . Line Readiness Inspection และจัดทำ First Dipping Verification และรายงานผลให้กับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องรับทราบ
4. จัดทำ IPQC Ranking [Line Readiness Inspection, FIDV report , CCC , LCC , Holder Setting inspection , Parameter Process.
5.การตรวจสอบความไม่เป็นไปตามวิธีการปฎิบัติงานที่กำหนด เพื่อปรับปรุงและแก้ไขในในการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามมารตราฐาน ตามระบบ GMP ,ISO9001 ,HACCP ,BRC , SOP,BSCI 6. จัดทำรายงานเอกสารอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง ประจำวันและสรุปข้อมูลเพื่อแจ้งให้แต่ละฝ่ายได้ดำเนินการทราบ 7.จัดอบรมขั้นตอนปฏิบัติงานงาน ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตรวจสอบตาม SOP เฉพาะทางสายงานด้านประกันคุณภาพเพื่อให้ถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของพนักงาน
8.รับผิดงานงานด้านการ inspection ทั้งหมกของส่วนของ IPQC and Online QC 8.1 inspection Defect Former online dipping.
8.2 inspection New Former
8.3 inspection Holder Former online
8.4 inspection glove defect ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดข้อแต่ละลูกค้า

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1.Control quality analysis of raw materials,
products during the production process, final products. In the
analysis of microbial testing , Antibiotic residues, and a tasting
test (Sensory Test) according to the specified plan.
2. Control analysis Monitor the testing of cleaning efficiency of
the area, structure, machinery, equipment, equipment used in
the production process (Swab Test) and evaluate the test
results. And suggest flaws that need to be corrected and notify
the Staff and supervisors
3. Verify and report the results of microbial analysis analysis,
results of antibiotic analysis of Tetracycline Group, Swab Test
results and Sensory Test results to supervisors.

1.Sampling according to the sampling plan.
2. Make sure to wipe the product. And record the report
according to the specified standards
3. Record the HOLD products daily.
4. Repeat picking from warehouse department To confirm the
inspection result In case of not according to Spec.
