Be responsible for all QA activities and operation to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications. , Management on employee of Quality Assurance, Quality Control by plan.,Follow up, determine target and performance evaluate.,Moreover, provides recommendations for improvement on the performance of their subordinates., Fix and decision making when got trouble during operation.,Troubleshoot in-coming, in-process until out-going processes, improve process to be increased the job efficiency.,To communicate with client in order to confirm the quality to meet with their expectation.,Manage labour control and volume of job assignment for QA members.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure the quality.,Report quality problems to managements and procedure of quality concern.,Inspect procedure until products meets quality standards and specifications are attained.,Conduct QA audit, customer audits and Quality risk analysis at production line.,Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology and skills.,Manage documents and report which is needed to submit to client.,Perform other tasks as assigned by JP management.,Quality Control Job Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation. Keep all quality matter on shop floor. Support QC members
