• Deliver exceptional team results according to defined monthly, quarterly, and annual productivity measures, such as sales target achievement, ROI, and cost of sales
• Analyze and plan online marketing proposals for business partners. Including providing advice and solutions to the sales team to present an appropriate online marketing plan.
• Arrange meetings with customers to present proposals and close sales, both visits to customer and conference meetings.
• Collect, analyze, and report data around team, individual, and operational performance of activity quantity and quality.
• Continuously improve the processes and initiatives to improve the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Set challenging goals for the team, inspire them to achieve goals, support & coach the team, and build a good working environment to build team engagement
• Training and developing a sales team to be able to work as a professional online marketing consultant and be able to retain the right team.
• Work with other teams. and to be an intermediary in coordinating between customers and related departments to ensure the quality of service following the SLA
