As a restaurant operations Manager,I have to manage the daily restaurants operation,coordinate with the coworkers and giving them training to improve their performance and customer service skill.Making report about daily sales and about daily operation to the Owner directly .
Making schedule ,preparing payroll for monthly salary,taking care of inventory and making sure to reduce the wastage,Making marketing plan to promote the restaurant to make more sales,etc.

As an Outlet Manager,I have to control the food production for daily operation and coordinate with head chef and giving him instruction for food production.Giving training to the staffs to improve their performance and to improve customer service skill.Controlling wastage and controlling the usage of packaging and make sure to increase daily sales.Handling customer complaint and make sure to get satisfactions about our service for customers.Understanding well about P&L and taking care of inventory and outlet improvement,etc.
