Observe and analyze the current network traffic condition and user behavior
for considering and making network improvement plan.
Update and observe the current traffic utilization and traffic trends for the
peering requested
Support the preparation of the strategic project plan for countermeasure of
Cisco product issue in Internet gateway network.

Drew the drive test route by using Mapinfo and Google Earth Pro and sent
to the drive test engineer for drive test process
Used the tools such as Nemo Analyzer and Active Analyzer to analyze the
data and quality of the network
Worked and supported day to day activities of the team
