1.Control continuous curing & mold process following work instruction.
2.Analyze the cause of problem and provide the countermeasure and cooperate with related departments to solve the problem during production and concerned departments to improve quality, cost, stability, and energy saving.
3.Designing and implementing process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and improve product quality and create new standard and supported document to comply with new workflow.
4.Leading process validation activities, including trail & pilot development, execution, and documentation, ensuring compliance before start mass production.
5.Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in process engineering technologies, methodologies, and best practices.

1.Leads and manages engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
2.Oversees equipment installation, maintenance and upgrades to improve production efficiency.
3.Monitors project timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
4.Review document before Project starting such as Design drawing , Specification , Procedure and Project Contract of customer.
5.Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues within the production environment.
6. Control quality of project and manage other departments in responsibility such as production, quality, logistics and storage(tooling&packing)
