- Coordinate with the production planning department
- Prepare production in line with the production plan
- Prepare raw materials, labor, check the readiness of the machinery used in every step of the production process
- Control production costs, reduce losses from using raw materials in the production process (Waste) and prevent defects (Defect) that occur with the product in each process
- Provide advice to find solutions to various problems that occur with the production department
- Plan and manage the production process of syrup to be in accordance with the specified control values
- Manage the manpower, chemicals and machinery to be in accordance with the plan
- Prepare a budget, plan production, and plan machinery repairs to be in line with production targets.
- Participate in considering, analyzing, and solving various problems that occur according to the working procedures with the section head, department head, and subordinates.
- Manage various document tasks.
- Coordinate with relevant departments.
