▪ Enhancing, designing, and maintaining novaHEALTH’s flagship product VESALIUS which is a comprehensive integrated hospital information system. The following modules are included in this system.
Modules: Appointment [Internet (HealthHub)/Self Kiosk/Clinic], Registration, Outpatient Doctor Consultation, EMR, Patient Queue, Lab, MRO, MSW, Inventory, Pharmacy, Billing, Maintenance and Report
▪ Responsible for the VESALIUS product deployed in National SKIN Centre (Singapore)
▪ Assist the Project Manager for Resource Management and Project Planning
▪ Requirements gathering, analyse and translate business requirements to requirement
specifications and functional designs
▪ Ensurethesystemanddeliverablesarewithinthescopeofthecontractualrequirements
▪ Support the day-to-day operation of project as part of the development team (On Site/
Backend/ Create Ticket in Jira)
▪ Respondtoemailsfromvariouscustomerqueries
▪ Troubleshooting issues raised by customers and providing its resolution
▪ Responsible for the Development, Unit Testing and System Integration Testing, production
deployment of Service requests and Defects reported.
▪ Work as a part of the team to meet project targets and quality objectives
▪ Providehands-onadviceandcoachingtomembersoftheprojectteam
▪ Leadandmentorprojectteammembers
▪ Involve in troubleshooting, optimizing and fine-tuning of the applications and database
(Stored Procedures, Packages, Functions, Triggers)
▪ Create and update relevant documents on all executed changes in a timely manner
▪ Experience in Batch Job Schedule, SFTP, SSL Webservice (1-Way/2-Way) (SOAP/REST), data
mapping and interfacing to the downstream system
▪ Perform tasks as assigned beyond official working days and working hours when is required
