Check-in Services
Verify travel documents (passports, visas, tickets).
Check baggage and issue boarding passes.

Boarding Gate Duties
Announce boarding procedures and flight information.
Verify boarding passes and IDs.
Assist passengers during boarding (especially elderly, disabled, or families).
Coordinate with Cabin crew for smooth boarding.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure all operations comply with aviation regulations and airport security.
Follow safety procedures during emergencies (e.g., evacuations).
