1.Plan preventive maintenance (PM) for utility system machinery, including cooling towers,
water pumps, air compressors, and fire protection systems; monitor and ensure
maintenance activities are executed according to schedule, and optimize PM task lists.
2.Plan preventive maintenance for electrical equipment, including 22kV and 115kV
systems.
3.Procure urgent spare parts and consumables.
4.Develop and improve testing procedures and test forms for machinery.
5.Supervise utility system operations to ensure alignment with production plans.
6.Prepare maintenance reports, including energy and water consumption data.
7.Provide technical support and information for operational activities.

8.Implement energy-saving initiatives within utility systems.
9.Provide utility system-related technical data to the engineering department.
