-arrange the restaurants, flight , and hotels for all for those who must attend the
international trade meeting
-providing the supplies for the MOU sustainability meeting such as snack box, flowers and souvenirs.
handling with all assigned documents and tasks from boss
-check all shipping documents for several products before reporting to the boss and letting CEO approved
-arranging the team meeting and noting all topics in the meeting
-taking the minutes of the meeting for the international trade team in English version.

-handling the calls and e-mails from suppliers (Thais and foreigners)
-dealing with client’s management supplier, designers, and contractors
-issuing the internal memo when there is a new contract and reporting the budget
-working on SAP (B1) for all payment of the Park Silom projects(issuing PR ,PO, and
payment)
-checking and arranging all the cheques and documents from Lumpini Development (the
partner of PUNN project)and Choengmon Project ( the Kimpton Kitalay hotel project at
Samui)
-calculates all transactions and summarizes the budget and monthly expenses as a report
-coordinating with the finance department and bank for the bond agreement of Park Silom
project and preparing the document needed by the bank
-coordinating with the marketing department to support the payment process and other
related documents to Park Silom project
-attending the executive committee meeting, doing the minutes for Board meeting and Executive Committee meeting of Park Silom project in English version

- Being the coordinator of Hospitality Projects such as Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort,
Outrigger Mauritius, Beach resort ,United Kingdom (Glaglow, Edinburgh, Manchester),
Renovation of SAii Phi Phi Villages, Renovation of SAii Laguna Phuket
-Working on SAP for transferring budget, issuing PO, making payments to vendors and
submit to Finance Department.
-Dealing with procurement process, Final negotiation appointment, and processing
procurement documents for vendors on WOLF (internal memorandum website).
-Dealing with client’s management supplier, designers, and contractors
and issuing internal memorandum (VO, VE, or requesting the budget for the projects).
-Conducting the Final Negotiation session with suppliers, designers, and contractors.
