New Project
Operating in accordance with company policy to comply with the regulations of the company
Concept design (Process die Lay-out /Single Die/Progressive Die stamping)
Provide information such as Tooling concept sheet, Assessment, BOQ for RFQ .
Budget control (New die making)
Review New drawing die
Control/Planing /Follow up new die making
New die trial-Out and Die by off to production line
Manage equipment design, commissioning, and maintenance activities,
ensuring that they are completed efficiently and effectively.
New model preparing,Die, JIG, Tool, Equipment and New Machine

-Current Production
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality,
to ensure seamless production processes
Lead and mentor the engineering team to develop their skills and expertise,
provide guidance and feedback
Provide engineering technical support, such as investigation on engineering related activities
in regard to quality investigations
Process guideline planning and Process change control
Involve for Improvement of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Energy saving
Utilizing New Technology for Production Tools / Equipments / Process / Material
Die Repair and Die Maintenance (Support Production Line)
Create Die pm Yearly Plan,Die pm Monthly Plan and Follow up team to achieve plan.
Preparation Spare part for Die pm
Review and update document of Die Maintenance
Review and update Tooling Drawing
Create WI,Standard of Die Maintenance.
Support Technical of Die repair.
Support and solving problem Tooling for Production Line.
Control budget die maintenance.
Die Improvement and Making spare part in urgent cause .
Analyze and solving problem Die
Cost Reduction (Analyze and Improvement).
Down time improvement (Tooling Improvement)
Production Equipment capacity planning and Improvement

-Tooling Design (Die Stamping,Jig Fixture,Guage Check,C/F)
-Machine Design,Machine Improvment,Machine Modify for Improvement
-Coordinate with customers to gather drawings and information essential for design
and quotation processes.
-Act as a liaison between the organization and customers, ensuring clear communication and
understanding of project requirements.
-Work closely with internal and vendors to resolve issues and provide technical support
-Prepare comprehensive project documentation(Plan and Schedule), including presentations,
drawings, inspection sheets, and quotations.
-Conduct on-site visits to customers and suppliers approximately 2-5 times/month.
-Drive the development and implementation of new products, adhering to
project management requirements
-Prepare the budget and rolling forecast for the assigned projects.
-Perform cost control and monitoring for various project of Construction Division.
-Perform cost analysis and comparing actual cost with budget plan.
-Perform analysis of actual against budget of assigned projects and take corrective actions
-Review the detailed progress of the project to ensure full adherence to work plans within
agreed budget and resources.
-Provide support to Prepare regular monthly reports and reviews of projects cost performance,
providing all concerned parties with regular feedback and advice.

-Inventory Reduction(Tooling slow moving in system).
-Create new item of spare part and set up to system
-Tool & Die Improvement.
