ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Review and verify Material Test Certificates (MTC), welding consumable certificates, and welding machine calibration.
- Conduct Welder Qualification Tests (WQT) and supervise welders, welding operators, and tack welders.
- Review welder certifications and operator test cards.
- Inspect welding consumable control, edge preparation, fit - up /dimension checks, and visual weld inspections.
- Witness inspection as per ITP.
- Coordinate NDE activities for shop fabrication and field installation.
- Monitor workshop fabrication and field installation for productivity and compliance.
- Review NDE reports.
- Cooperation for Non-Conformance Report (NCR) closing out.
- Cooperation for Fisld Surveillance Report (FSR) closing out.
- Control contractor working by hydrotest piping work.
- Control team manpower working by hydrotest piping work.
- Perform Positive Material Identification (PMI) testing by piping work.
- Perform holiday spark testing by piping work.
- Monitor site quality issues.
- Participate in daily and weekly meetings.
- Witness of piping line check, cooperate with Contractor to get good productivity as planned.
- Site Inspector for construction technical clarification.
