• Provide consultancy to colleagues to maintain or improve the working conditions, encourage all employees to practice safe work habits at all times.
• Advise to develop an Environmental Health and Safety activities to promote the employee awareness.
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external safety, health and environmental instruction, rules and regulations.
• Ensure the Safe Workplace and prevent the risk to health or the environment through the regular audits, inspections and training.
• Ensure prompt remedial action and accurate investigation and reporting of all accidents and incidents.
• Advise main contractor with all chemicals and Construction waste are managed in a safe and environmental friendly manner.
• Participated Safety Committee performs the activities as required by law.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Participate and analyze root cause for EHS incidents and Process Safety Incident in order to prevention of PSM system.
• Review , updating SHE procedures/SOP/Practices to align with ISO45001,ISO14001 and Process and construction EHS standards ( Example : CHESM / Confined Space Entry / HSE regulation for contractor )
• Safety audit for conform and non – conform of SHE performance and analyze data for set up HSE training matrix and improvement SHE performance.
• Generate SHE Strengthen Master Plan
• Advise and coordinate organizational and QESH Risk management.
• Liaise with government agencies and ensure compliance to legal and other requirements and submit necessary reports timely
• Identify and generate plan and execute QESH of specific trainings.
• Generate HSE campaign for construction of UCF project for safety promotion.
• HSE Advisor and Coaching for UCF ( Ultra Clean Field ) Project.
