- Develop and implement HR policy, procedures, strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure the Work regulation, Welfare regulation, HR policy/ procedure is up to date and the legal compliance.

- To make and cooperate for training by curriculum preparing, lecture finding, training plan making and issuing the informing letter to employee and related person about curriculum, cooperate for training place, prepare training equipment and training cooperation in order to achieve the plan.
- To proceed about training evaluation by collecting the evaluation form, conclude training evaluation and inform to related person for proceeding.
- To follow the training by questionnaire and conclude the result for superior’s proposal in order to improve the training efficiency.
- To preparation the training data in case of law require sent to skill development just in time.
- To proceed to withdrawing the training expenditure in internal and external place such as lecturer fee, feed & beverage fee, place fee and arrange all expenditure within budget.
- To record and improve the training data of employee by record in computer with correct, update and convenience data for using.
- To keep the employee data as confidential data and reserve data for protection the loss.
- To develop knowledge and skill in profession and technique by training participation, making relationship with network industry of private and business matter.
- To be the trainer for orientation new employees that come to join with company such as company’s profile, company’s history, company’s regulation etc.
