Responsible for planning and managing budgets for company projects, NIYARM Fashion-Ramintra, AKAD-Pratunam Phra IN and MONTE NIQUE (Rangsit)
• Responsible for project management, Budget control and work planning and coordinate relevant parties according to goals and plans.
• Create a Microsoft Project work plan, update project progress in real-time, and summarize reports for management.
• Review payment processing, process project claims, and control the issuance of purchase requisitions (PR) within the budget for hiring services.
• Control and update approved documentation, and notify all parties before ordering and using materials in construction.
• Verify details, specifications, compare prices of materials and equipment, and submit approval requests in a timely manner according plan and Collect and issue documents for additions and deletions of tasks.
• Summarize change reports including additional costs and construction timelines.
• Summarize actual expenses compared to the budget and estimate future costs until project completion, and seek approval for work methods, material usage, testing standards, and record-keeping.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports.
