Supervise and monitor installation work to ensure it follows the project schedule and safety standards
Inspect pipe installations to ensure compliance with project drawings such as Isometric Drawing and P&ID
Coordinate QC activities with the construction team to ensure quality standards are met on site
Participate in coordination meetings between QC, Construction, and Subcontractor teams
Prepare supporting documents for Test Packages, including Welder Map and Welding Summary
Review and verify Test Packages before submission to clients or third-party inspectors
Prepare QC reports and inspection records as per ITP (Inspection Test Plan)
Assist in planning and improving QC procedures to reduce errors and increase efficiency
Learn and develop knowledge of welding standards, including WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) and PQR (Procedure Qualification Record)
Inspection and control about Installation, alignment of static and rotating equipment
Inspection and control alignment of static and rotating equipment to be correct by reference with method and criteria according to project specification including related to TOSS standards, API, and DEP Specification.
Write all reports of rotating equipment and static equipment after inspected together with the client for close RFI.
Coordinated with client and involved person about equipment.
Check that the equipment is installed correctly according to the position, direction, and elevation specified in the drawing and PID, including inspecting the grouting work of the equipment base.
