- Partner with Client’s loyalty & CRM manager and require working at Client office for 3 days in a week (in normal situation/not during the pandemic).
- All duties relating to the marketing campaigns and platforms operation of Client’s Loyalty & CRM program, especially promotions, CRM campaigns and platforms operations that relate to customer experience.
- Assist Customer Service operation team lead and client to ensure the customer experience from E2E on campaign execution and Program's C
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and arrange appointments for project visits.
- Provide comprehensive project information through both online and offline channels.
- Coordinate with banks regarding pre-approval and mortgage loans.
- Assist in preparing contracts and transferring ownership with relevant departments.
- Liaise with the construction team to ensure smooth handover of properties.
- Deliver documents, house keys, and provide property orientation to customers.
