- Coordinate with department/section in Head Office &Sites to inspect and monitor implementation of QMS
- Conduct internal audit, prepare audit report and maintain records
- Carry out QA Patrol, prepare patrol report and maintain records
- Follow up result of NC raised curing QA Patrol and internal audit
- Collect and analye NCR form site and maintain records
- Manage & Maintain document in QMS and assist to prepare MR report
